About Me

A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. Having built a career in recruitment, completed multiple internships in Spain and China, and possessing first-class honours in Global Business Management (BA), I'd developed a wide range of skills but wasn't sure how these translated into other fields or roles. For the first time in what had seemed a linear path upwards, I was stuck.

I was great at helping people secure roles—optimising CVs, navigating the job market, and preparing for interviews. But when it came to deeper career transitions, I saw a gap. Many career coaches with a recruitment background excel at the practical side of job searching but lack the psychological frameworks or theories to help people truly align their careers with their values, strengths, and long-term goals.

Going through my career shift, I was searching for more than just a job— I wanted a career that I was passionate about. That’s when I turned to psychology. Studying how people make career decisions, what holds them back, and what truly leads to fulfilment, I realised I could combine my recruitment expertise with psychology-driven coaching to help others find clarity and confidence in their own careers.

Now, through the knowledge gained from my Master's (MSc Psychology) and extensive research into Careers, I help professionals who feel stuck find a direction that makes sense for them—one that’s aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
